As we continue in 2025, full steam ahead, our goals are to continue to offer a mixed bag of resource and solution to both the real estate and construction industries by diving into our versatile toolbox of experience and bringing a competitive nature and spirit to help you with a solution to complete your next project. 

We began by serving the most basic property task; cleaning services. Homes, retirement communities, personal automobiles, offices, and medical spaces. This provided the foundation for connecticutproperty.com to form its business. 

As the initiator, and a background in construction management, always an aspiring constructor, a tradesman, and a team builder; I knew cleaning was only the way into business, but not all that we had in store, and not only what we had planned.

Today, we continue to offer full service interior and exterior management services,  with a focus on laborious work tasks, specializing in property development, landscape construction, stone work, hardscape, flatwork, construction cleaning, & general labor. Our future  goals are to continue to break further into the commercial markets offering on demand resource and solution to help fill voids of your projects.  

 After over a decade of practicing in the commercial construction industry as a  supervisor and project manager, I am excited to announce that beginning in November of 2024, the long awaited dream of giving Connecticutpropertycare.com 100% un-divided commitment is now real. Stepping out of the commercial, multi residential, biotech, life-science, and academic construction worlds as my original training and career; beginning in November 24' PropertyCare gets its first full time, 100% dedicated employee. Something I am so proud of the opportunity of, and to finally be in the position. 

Background: 

Previously educated from Central Connecticut State University, and San Diego State University for Construction Management & Construction Engineering, Ive dedicated over a decade of my post collegiate career to the commercial, academic, multi-residential, and the life science construction world on dozens of projects throughout the north east. 

Project Assistant Supervisor 2012-2016 -   The Residence at South Windsor Farms - Ground-up Construction. Initially apart of the site-work crews to install building pad / utilities/ and underground’s.  I moved to a supervisor roll for the GC, to help navigate the critical path for concrete, steel, framers, MEPs, and finish crews.

Also during this time, I traveled around the north east playing the same role, on ground-up, multi-residential construction & remediation projects.. These projects included, The Resident at Five Corners - Easton Ma, The Residence at Riverbend - Ipswich Ma, The Residence at Avon, The All American Assisted Living Facility, Hillsborough NJ. 

Other projects that were completed after transitioning into the Project Management role in Boston & Cambridge MA 2016 - 2019.  These projects were for companies such as AzstraZeneca, Blueprint Medicines, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Exosome Diagnostics, Ribon Therapeutics, UniQure, Luye Pharmaceuticals, Wolfe Laboratories, MyLabs, TcR2, Lionano Battery Development, Advanced Potash fertilizer start-up, multiple core and shell projects servin building infrastructure and numerous specialty lab builds for Alexandria Real estate Equities, BioMed Realty, and others. - Each design build project delivery.

From 2019 - 2022 - I was the Project Manager to complete major renovation work for

The Jahn Ice Rink - providing a new building envelope with IMPS, a new built up insulated roof, a new glycol-ammonia refrigeration system, controls, instrumentation, and a new dedicated heated lobby renovation. 

Following the ice-rink, and again for the Pomfret School, I was in charge as the project manager of the major renovation of the schools "Hard Auditorium", adding an elevator, new HVAC throughout, new lighting, and theater lighting, audio-visual, and theater staging components, telescoping seating, a glass balcony, dressing rooms, lobby upgrades, and a building connector addition. This project was challenging because of the time-line and needing to complete it over the winter - into the spring to be ready for the spring play. 

Also from 2019- October 2024 as the Project Manager, I was in charge of procuring materials and contracts for a handful of $1-5mil projects at any given time for Yale University, Life Sciences, R&D, & Engineering.

Today, I look to  take all my faith, passion, ambition, education, training, and experience and dedicate it to grow the mission of Connecticutpropertycare.com LLC.
