We are a start-up and developing PropertyCare Services company offering various Skilled Trades, Property Management, & Home Improvement.

We have built from the ground up, and look for continued growth. Simply put, we offer solutions for “Constructive tasks required by the Built-Environment.”

Educated from Central Connecticut State University, and San Diego State University for Construction Management & Construction Engineering, Ive dedicated over a decade of my post collegiate career to the commercial, academic, multi-residential, and life science construction world on a professional level for dozens of clients throughout the Northeast. 

Local Project reference for our local community: Project Assistant Supervisor 2012-2016 -   The Residence at South Windsor Farms - Buckland & Deming Ground-up Construction. Initially apart of the site-work crews to install building pad / utilities/ and underground’s.  I moved to a supervisor roll for the GC, to help navigate the critical path for concrete, steel, framers, MEPs, and finish crews.

Other projects in the Project Management role, Boston & Cambridge MA 2016 - 2020 -  These projects were for companies such as AzstraZeneca, Blueprint Medicines, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Exosome Diagnostics, Ribon Therapeutics, UniQure, Luye Pharmaceuticals, Wolfe Laboratories, MyLabs, TcR2, Lionano Battery Development, Advanced Potash fertilizer start-up, multiple core and shell projects servin building infrastructure and numerous specialty lab builds for Alexandria Real estate Equities, BioMed Realty, and others.

In addition to my Life Science and R&D Construction experience, I’ve also moved around the Northeast to complete out of the ground construction on multiple Senior/Assisted Living Facilities ranging from 68,000sf - 110,000sf.

From 2019 - 2022 - I was the Project Manager to complete major renovation work for

The Jahn Ice Rink, and The historical Hard Auditorium both at The Pomfret School (Prep).

From 2019-2024 as the Project Manager, Ive also been managing a handful of projects at any given time for Yale University, Life Sciences, R&D, & Engineering.

I want to share this publicly because I want you to know who I am as the Owner Operator at PropertyCare; to have the comfort of knowing some of my experience and background that will allow you to reach out for our services. 

PropertyCare was formed because it was always a dream of mine to establish a service based company that would serve my local community as well as many more. I had this vision that I would establish a uniform and a brand to create a trusted service company that my fellow community members would remember and be able to lean on for their everyday PropertyCare needs at any capacity.

A company that takes pride in the work, and the relationship. One that will maintain transparency, with willingness to work with all our customers, every time, in an honorable way.

Today, after 4+ years of college, over a decade in the professional world, and a decade of running PropertyCare, I’ve maintained this vision, and continue to aspire to invent my brand and grow it to become what I have always envisioned it to be.

My brand is the PropertyCare brand. High Quality, Competent, Hard Working, Skilled, Knowledgeable, Moral, & Ethical.
